Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Analyst II in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Delivering robust product solutions while ensuring the health and stability of the products/tools
• Acting as subject matter expert to the business and lead research and prototyping efforts of innovative technologies and products
• Formulating strategies and making decisions that ensure an effective roll-out and adoption of application changes

Qualifications Include:

• Associates degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience
• Good analytical, quantitative & problem solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling
• Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in more than two areas
• Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations & analysis results & establish & maintain strong relationships
