Job Summary

An IT services provider is seeking a Remote Business Analyst in Houston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements
  • Translate/decompose those needs into actionable software requirements, test criteria, and scenarios
  • Manage business requirements and clarify intended functional behavior of software for stakeholders.

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, Cost Accounting or related scientific or technical field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  • 3+ years’ experience authoring epics and user stories, or equivalent requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working on a team of developers and quality assurance analysts
  • Experience identifying and escalating potential requirements gaps to senior project
