A marketing and management services company is seeking a Remote Business Analyst in Pittsburgh.

Must be able to:

  • Utilize project manager experience
  • Apply federal government technical security regulations knowledge
  • Operate technology platforms

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 years of experience in overseeing the technical operation of call center, help desk, or similar operations
  • Have federal government technical security regulations (i.e. FISMA, FEDRamp) knowledge
  • Have technology platform experience: CXOne, Genesys, Salesforce, Zendesk, Dynamics, and Service Now
