Job Summary

A banking and finance company is seeking a Remote Business Analytics Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Conducting short term and long term call volume trend analysis
  • Conducting data mining, review and analyze historical and current data
  • Working on Special projects along with research and analysis tasks

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Degree in Statistics and or Analytics or a related degree and or equivalent experience
  • WorkForce Management or WFM experience
  • Knowledge of technologies and practices for the evaluation of business performance data
  • Knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes
  • Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis
