Core Responsibilities Include:
- Consolidating inputs from developers
- Collectively providing inputs on activities/ tasks, task level estimates, schedule, dependencies, risks etc.
- Collectively providing inputs to testing strategy, configuration, deployment, hardware/software requirement etc.
