A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Business and Change Management Analyst in Raleigh.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying and addressing gaps in Consulting business processes
- Coordinating and leading business process training and enablement
- Aiding in construction, maintenance, and curating of KPI dashboards and reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with user enablement and training
- 3+ years of experience in a consulting or services organization
- Proven business analysis and change management experience
- Ability to take complex concepts and translate them into user friendly training materials
