A mental healthcare company is seeking a Remote Business and Clinical Operations Associate Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading the scale-up and launch of new business and operational service lines
• Partnering with the Clinical Operations, Product and Special Projects team
• Identifying and implementing operational initiatives that move company metrics

Required Skills:

• 3-4+ years' experience at a top-tier management consulting firm, investment banking or
• Experience in a Product, Business Operations, Internal Strategy or cross-functional operational role at a technology company
• A record of academic achievement
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional written and communication skills
