Job Summary
A life insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business and Development Training Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide quality, courteous and seamless consultation and Technology assistance to all members
- Demonstrates understanding of customers service metrics
- Participates in the maintenance of technology documentation and release information
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel 10-20% Travel
- Four–year College degree or equivalent business experience
- Ability to work effectively with all external/internal contacts to build a positive working relationship
- Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WORD
- Exceptional decision-making skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
