Job Summary

A life insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business and Development Training Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide quality, courteous and seamless consultation and Technology assistance to all members
  • Demonstrates understanding of customers service metrics
  • Participates in the maintenance of technology documentation and release information

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel 10-20% Travel
  • Four–year College degree or equivalent business experience
  • Ability to work effectively with all external/internal contacts to build a positive working relationship
  • Expert level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and WORD
  • Exceptional decision-making skills
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
