TCK Publishing is a book publishing company reaching over 100,000 writers every month through our blog posts, videos, and online courses. We publish fiction and non-fiction books in all major markets and genres, and we're searching for the perfect candidate to fill our Business and Project Manager position.

Job responsibilities include:
*Work with CEO to prioritize goals and projects
*Lead, manage, and hold team accountable for completing tasks excellently and on time
*Identify bottlenecks and issues and solve them
*Create better systems for accomplishing goals
*Manage the book publishing process
*Manage the Projects workflow
*Keep track of all projects and make sure they are completed on time
*Monitor project timelines and budgets
*Manage marketing efforts and book launch tasks
*Manage communications with our authors and ensure they have everything they need to succeed
*Support Authors with their marketing efforts
*Ensure high-quality books
*Work with Managing Editor to ensure that every book we publish is high quality
*Quality check every book (Print and Kindle)
*File management and document control
What you need for this position:
*A burning desire to help create world-class books
*Knowledge of Asana, Excel, Google tools, and an ability to learn about other apps and software quickly
*A proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
*The ability to work well with a variety of people
*Strong self-direction and a proven ability to work independently
*A love of learning, self-improvement, and a strong sense of curiosity
The Position
This is a full-time, remote position. You can work from anywhere as long as you have access to high-speed internet and a phone.
Compensation: $20-$30 per hour
If you live in or near Indianapolis, Indiana that is a bonus, but it is not required.
