Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is seeking a Remote Business and Sales Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support sales leads with business intelligence and facility cost analyses
  • Support sales pipeline, commercial pricing requests, internal and external presentation deliverables
  • Create, maintain and optimize creative data visualizations and dashboards

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial and statistical terms and principles
