Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree – Or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, including prior management of professional level staff
- 5 years of budget management
- 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience or direct management experience
- Expert experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority
