Job Summary

A university is filling a position for a Remote Business Associate Dean.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Leading coaching, mentoring, and remediation efforts in support of ensuring faculty excellence
• Maintaining successful programs and curriculum through oversight of the various processes
• Leading program, course, competency, and content development efforts

Qualifications Include:

• Attendance at special events, such as graduation required
• Master's degree in discipline or related discipline
• At least one year of related experience working in a similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in online education
• Demonstrated experience making data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated experience in the successful administration of online degree programs and/or faculty
