Job Summary
A privately held information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Business Capabilities Senior Manager in Santa Clara.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Lead projects through their complete lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering, through design to implementation
- Regularly communicate project status and progress to stakeholders
- Provide business decision support to management and operational teams that enable deeper understanding of key business drivers
Position Requirements Include:
- Having 10+ years of progressive experience and a proven record of managing diverse and complex programs
- Having a strong finance background, system implementation, process reengineering, project management and communications skills
- Being a change agent with the ability to influence and lead cross functional teams
- Having strong accountability, proven track record in delivering results
- Having the ability to influence and effectively manage key relationships and challenging situations in a fast-paced business organization
- Having the ability to connect the dots to ensure conflicting interests are addressed
