A homeowners consumer services company is seeking a Remote Business Center Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Resolve problems, answer questions, and respond to customers in a professional manner on daily basis
• Receive incoming calls and provide assistance to both non-advertising and paid advertising Service Providers daily
