Job Summary

A management consulting firm for the trades and home services industries has an open position for a Remote Business Coach.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Teaching business and executive skills to members utilizing company's proprietary system
• Facilitating group meetings to share ideas and best practices with business owners
• Challenging members on seeking a deeper understanding of specific business concepts, executive skills and behaviours

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Ability to travel for multiple annual team events
• Operated or owned a successful trades/contracting business ($500,000+/yr revenue) and/or 5+ years experience leading a high performing team of at least 8 people
• Extensive business experience and understanding of multiple executive skillsets
• Experience coaching in various setting including one on one, groups, in person, virtually
• Demonstrated passion for continued improvement and sharing best practices
• Ability to design roadmaps to highlight members' priorities and strategic direction
