Job Summary
A business coaching company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being a subject matter expert on building a business that works based on company system solutions
- Helping business owners transform their businesses and their lives
- Applying the ability to connect with people in a genuine way
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A BA or BS; an emphasis on business, marketing, and/or organizational development is desired
- Basic proficiency using technology and apps
- The ability to work independently and manage yourself and clients productively
- Experience coaching or facilitating small groups of ten or fewer participants is a plus
- A quiet, professional home-office environment
- Have a commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion
