Job Summary
An education services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business College and Management Executive Program Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the development and revision of program and course curricula
- Approving and managing escalations of transfer credit, course substitution, and portfolio evaluations
- Managing the team of Lead Faculty in their oversight of the instructional process
Position Requirements Include:
- A terminal degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 18 semester or 27 quarter hours of graduate coursework
- 5 or more years’ academic management experience in an organizational setting
- 5 or more years’ academic curriculum development and faculty management experience at the collegiate level
- Ability to review and provide feedback on faculty performance, including periodic performance reviews
- Ability to participate in the planning, coordination, and implementation of University, departmental, and campus meetings
- Demonstrated project and program management skills with a focus on successful completion
