Job Summary
A business consulting and marketing firm is in need of a Remote Business Consulting Email and Retention Lifecycle Marketing Manager in Los Angeles.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning the planning and execution for day-to-day email and SMS content calendar
- Leading the ideation, implementation, iteration, and optimization of customer referral and loyalty programs
- Developing retention strategies that lead to increased LTVs
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years experience in digital, e-commerce CRM marketing (Hubspot, Klaviyo, Salesforce…)
- 4+ Years managing email marketing
- 1+ years experience managing loyalty and referral programs (ex: yotpo)
- Mastery with customer-event-driven, personalized campaigns
- Experience managing the strategic development of programs to control eCommerce and CRM KPI metrics
