Job Summary

A content development company is seeking a Remote Instructional Designer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Design eLearning, vILT, ILT, performance support materials and other materials
• Actively collaborate with the Creative Director at the earliest phases of the project
• Design engaging and effective learning content

Required Skills:

• Presents and explains authored documents
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing adult learning principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Must meet all other listed company requirements
