Job Summary
A full-service home financing lender is filling a position for a Remote Business Control Specialist in Jacksonville.
Must be able to:
- Oversee departmental and process related audits to determine risks, effectiveness of controls, compliance with requirements, and assess if performing within tolerable risk level
- Conduct/perform Risk and Control Certification for all areas of Servicing
- Work with the Servicing QC and the Servicing Business Units to resolve any QC exceptions and/or findings
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiar with a variety of mortgage banking concepts, practices and procedures. Working knowledge of compliance regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment recognizes and acts on changing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
