Job Summary

A mortgage company is in need of a Remote Business Controls Escrow Administration Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Perform and manage vendor oversight for Escrow Administration processes and related vendor
  • Overseeing and cataloguing vendor complaint process to ensure proper documentation and resolution
  • Completing root cause analysis of issues and possible corrective actions at both an account and process level

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred OR
  • 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or the equivalent education or experience
  • Minimum 5 years mortgage servicing experience preferably in real estate taxes, homeowner’s insurance, and flood claims
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
