Job Summary

A financial advisory firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Development Associate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Assisting the team in building and strengthening relationships with the affiliated financial professionals
• Developing and maintaining organized records of meetings with financial professionals, deliverables and outcomes
• Identifying opportunities and help financial professional connect to the appropriate resources

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services including familiarity with multiple functions within a financial services firm
• Understanding of the practice management challenges and hurdles that inhibit the growth of independent financial advisory practices
• Demonstrated ability to effect and manage change within an independent financial professional’s business
• Proven history of results in engaging with financial professional practices and driving positive and productive outcomes
• Strong communication skills including presentation, written and verbal
