Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training
  • Developing best practice operating strategies and provide direction for the BDA team
  • Overseeing all aspects of Sales opportunity generation and forecasting potential blockers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-5 years in a Sales or Business Development B2B environment
  • 1-2 years in a team lead or management role
