About This Job:

We are looking for a wonderful human (or humans) who care about small businesses and are looking for a full time, long term remote job with a fun and fast growing company.

You would be joining our global SLAPexperience team - focused on helping small business owners from around the world sign up for our behaviour change small business growth program - and then- helping them actually stick with the program and hit their goals!

Must love conversations, global business, performance and behaviour change science and hustle!

We are looking for:
A 'Personal Trainer' type characteristic/mentality.
Someone who is good at helping people do what they don't want to do, but can can motivate them to get it done.
Someone who can perceive problems/issues & find a solution to help someone get over the hurdle of a mental block.
Has their own structure, routine, and good habits of time management so they don't have to constantly be managed and can get tasks done before deadlines.
Excited about Performance and helping clients perform better in order to get results.
Interested in Psychology, Behavioural change science and using these techniques to help train the right behaviour/habits.
Is able to understand concepts and frameworks and is able to translate them into their own words.
Good command of the English Language.
Someone who is passionate about performance, entrepreneurship, global business development , helping people use behaviour change science to perform better and ultimately helping people hit their goals and achieve success.

Constantly learn and re-learn all elements from our internal client success and client experience certification/training - know the information inside and out.

Constantly submit Suggestion Box items with ways that we can improve all that we do.
Stay laser focused, all day long on doing activities that will help small business owners around the world in building the businesses of their dreams.

Awesome Handling of Questions and Scenarios
You need to be able to properly handle any question or scenario that comes up, and act quickly to maintain the ideal experience for our clients.
We've created a methodology that you would need to master so that you can properly help clients understand and take advantage of the service that we provide.

Maintain the Ideal Client Journey
Know Ideal Client Journey in extreme detail
Track clients' performance against Ideal Client Journey and keep them on track
Make recommendations and suggestions on how to improve the Ideal Client Journey at all times based on customer feedback and understanding
Study behavior change, sales and customer service and use knowledge gained to constantly help improve our product and program

Other Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience working on a remote team
Experience doing outbound calls and setting up appointments
Certified sales training at some point during career
Experience in hospitality, guerilla marketing or some other social/frontlines position (beyond just a call center)
Personality that loves the idea of being on video calls and connecting with real people around the world all day long!
History of being promoted at least twice in career to date
Demonstrated passion for small business
Entrepreneurial experience and/or ambitions a plus!
