A plastics manufacturer has an open position for a Remote Business Development Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading a team of business development professionals
• Developing relevant network of contacts and relationships at various levels of the organization
• Developing and maintaining opportunity pipeline synced with key customer platforms / programs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Public speaking as an expert in conferences
• BS in engineering (preferably ME), and MBA from a reputed institution highly preferred
• > 15yrs of relevant industry experience
• Experience in managing C-level relationships the automotive industry
• Influencing and managing in a matrixed environment
• All other requirements necessary for this position
