Job Summary

A training solution company is in need of a Remote Business Development Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Elevating the Business Development function by providing strategic vision and plans
  • Ensuring overall business development sales goals
  • Leading and continuously developing a team of up to 10 SDRs in a virtual setting

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 5 years of experience leading multiple sales teams
  • Experience with direct management of sales representatives in a business development capacity
  • Proven success selling in a high growth SaaS environment
  • Passion for sales and developing high performing teams
  • Knowledge of the EdTech space preferred
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and manage multiple competing priorities
