Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Remote Business Development Director.
Must be able to:
- Oversee the design and successful implementation of an integrated event strategy
- Hire, coach and motivate team of first line mangers and individual contributors
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify business opportunities
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- 3+ years of direct leadership responsibility for a remote team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
