Job Summary
A real estate company has a current position open for a Remote Business Development Energy and Sustainability Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Champion global efforts of Energy and Sustainability management
- Identify and prioritize initiatives based on an evaluation of their life cycle cost
- Provide strategic and technical leadership in the areas of energy and sustainability management
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university
- Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training
- CEM required
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
