Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Business Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and sourcing new multifamily and small balance commercial business
  • Collecting and reviewing borrower loan applications to ensure submission and lending parameters are met
  • Interacting with the loan processing and credit departments of the bank

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' in commercial real estate loan originations
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate lending
  • Existing relationships with brokerages in core MSA's
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Excel skills
