Job Summary
A manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Development Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Planning and overseeing new product launches across SBDs multiple strategic business units
- Leading and executing comprehensive segment specific marketing/development plan
- Developing demand & sales of products by investigating & resolving customer problems & recommending modifications to product line
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of in sales, marketing or related field
- Ability to build relationships & work effectively with all levels of organization to drive strategy, influence owners & create procedures
- Skilled at building & aligning team to overall strategic plan of the group & holding yourself accountable for failures & giving credit to team
- Ability to collaborate with the appropriate internal team members to resolve problems that arise with the end users in your region
- Ideal candidate is experienced in planning and executing meetings and events of varying sizes and scope
