A software company is filling a position for a Remote Business Development Manager in Indianapolis.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with your team to build quality pipeline to hit our aggressive target
- Onboarding new reps and provide ongoing coaching to develop talent
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales Leadership while improving CRM data quality
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience in a leadership role managing a team of 10 Business Development Representative
- 2+ years experience in sales and business development
- Capable of coaching people to raise their bar as well as be a tremendous leader
