Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Business Development Manager in Kansas City.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Negotiating contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals
- Conducting daily outbound sales calls, schedule and hold sales appointments
- Building a robust pipeline of opportunities and meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Generate new clients by marketing consultants, networking, cold calling, and prospecting
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent presentation, communication, time management and interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- 2+ years of business development required within the Technical Staffing or IT Consulting Industry
- Prospect for potential new clients by leveraging your existing network
