Job Summary
A human resource and business solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Development Proposal Coordinator in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing quotations for protocols, bid requests, study revisions and additions
- Completing budget to actual reconciliations at predetermined time points
- Coordinating quotation generation to ensure smooth and timely business process flow
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years customer service or related experience
- Capable of working with minimal supervision
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, organization, communication, and listening skills
