Job Summary

Seeking tenacious Business Development Representatives, the full-time remote position will involve identifying and generating sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calling activities, requiring a hunter mentality and a drive to exceed sales goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet/exceed Sales Accepted and Sales Qualified Leads (SAL&SQL) goals on a monthly basis
  • Qualify inbound prospects according to agreed-upon criteria and engage in outbound prospecting to drive opportunities
  • Host hand-off calls and video meetings involving prospects, Account Executives, and Solution Consultants
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of sales or account development experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration
  • Exceptional phone presence with a demonstrated ability to handle rejection
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
