A recruiting and staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Business Development Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Aggressively generate leads (phone, email and social strategies)
- Qualify leads and maintain up-to-date pipeline
- Identify key stakeholders at potential client organizations and build relationships
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- A proven track record of success in building strong relationships at all levels
- A solid track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce / CRM Tool
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite
