Job Summary
A software technology company is in need of a Remote Business Development Representative Sales Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing sales strategy and set aggressive goals for BDR's
- Attracting, hiring, developing and retaining top BDR talent
- Driving strategy to increase pipeline opportunities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of Sales leadership experience leading a team of BDR Managers and BDR's
- Sales leadership experience in a high growth SaaS company
- Experience crafting sales proposals
- Ability as a natural leader and to hire and scale sales organizations
- Experience selling to the C-suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
