Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Business Development Representative Sales Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing sales strategy and set aggressive goals for BDR's
  • Attracting, hiring, developing and retaining top BDR talent
  • Driving strategy to increase pipeline opportunities

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of Sales leadership experience leading a team of BDR Managers and BDR's
  • Sales leadership experience in a high growth SaaS company
  • Experience crafting sales proposals
  • Ability as a natural leader and to hire and scale sales organizations
  • Experience selling to the C-suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
