Job Summary
A travel software company is filling a position for a Remote Business Development Sales Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying opportunities to refine or modify the sales plan to meet business needs
- Providing hands on management of all reporting needed for BD teams
- Managing the training of team on new sales tools, processes, products and best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in Sales Planning, Sales Operations, and Sales Training
- Experience in building effective selling materials for sales organizations
- Experience developing and leading training on tools, processes and products
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
