Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Development Senior Director .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and business judgment
- Recruiting, training, development, progression, mentorship, and excellence of leaders on the team
- Partnering with Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Field Marketers, Marketing Demand and Channel Managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience leading a successful B2B inside sales team as a Manager or Director
- Strong operational and analytical abilities
- Ability to listen, think logically, strategically, and tactically to solve complex problems
- Strong track record of recruiting, training/developing and retaining hard-working sales talent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead in the moment; providing immediate feedback and mentoring with the appropriate approach
