Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Development Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a team of at least four Business Development Representatives
  • Tracking KPIs in both quality and quantity and contribute to team strategy
  • Participating in recruiting efforts while onboarding new hires

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • At least 2 year of experience as SDR / BDR in a tech company
  • 1 year of Team Lead experience is a must
  • Strong communication skills for simplicity and clarity are key to our messaging
  • Familiarity with the media worlds is an advantage
