Job Summary

A non-profit business education organization. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Education Marketing Product Development Director .

Must be able to:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to define new concepts
  • Collaborate with the executive team, advisory groups and team leads to set the service/product vision and strategy
  • Develop transition plans for integrating new products into ongoing management and delivery

Position Requirements Include:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Management, Design, or other related major / focus
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field with a track record of delivering results
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with Project Management Software such as Basecamp, Jira, Smartsheet, etc
  • Expertise in defining and developing incremental products using tools and frameworks
  • Experience coaching and leading a team of individuals to achieve distributed decision-making and collective ownership
