Remote Business Excellence Property and Casualty Personal Lines Consultant

Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Business Excellence Property and Casualty Personal Lines Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Facilitating Customer Journey Mapping in P&C Personal Lines and report to a Senior Consultant
• Working closely with Digital, Test and Learn Teams, Underwriting, Product, and Servicing
• Deploying Data based decision-making, Story telling, and Problem Solving skills

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, engineering or related field preferred
• Black or Green Belt/Lean, Kaizen or Project Management certification preferred
• Three years of experience in Lean and/or continuous improvement leadership preferred
• Black or Green Belt/Lean, Kaizen or Project Management certification preferred
• Six years of experience in business process design or operations and project management preferred
• Managerial experience, including application of Lean/continuous improvement organizational strategy to get results is ideal
