Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Business Excellence Property and Casualty Personal Lines Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Facilitating Customer Journey Mapping in P&C Personal Lines and report to a Senior Consultant
- Working closely with Digital, Test and Learn Teams, Underwriting, Product, and Servicing
- Deploying Data based decision-making, Story telling, and Problem Solving skills
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Undergraduate degree in business, mathematics, engineering or related field preferred
- Black or Green Belt/Lean, Kaizen or Project Management certification preferred
- Three years of experience in Lean and/or continuous improvement leadership preferred
- Black or Green Belt/Lean, Kaizen or Project Management certification preferred
- Six years of experience in business process design or operations and project management preferred
- Managerial experience, including application of Lean/continuous improvement organizational strategy to get results is ideal
