Job Summary
A fianncial technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Growth Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Partner with Underwriting and Financial Operations teams to hasten resolution of payment issues
- Become a product authority, able to walk business owners through all of the company offerings
- Drive new up-sell revenue from a high volume of current clients, through proactive outreach
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience in account management with demanding SMB clientele and 1+ year of experience in SMB sales
- Ability to be held accountable to driving new up-sell revenue from these accounts
- Superior business intuition and naturally curious about B2B payments and the SMB landscape
- Highly detailed with ability to understand and communicate points in areas such as B2B, finance, and compliance
- Background in payments, financial technology or financial services a plus
- Strong aptitude in CRM (Salesforce, Outreach) and Excel a plus
