Job Summary
A consumer financial services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Growth Marketing Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing the mix of marketing programs needed to achieve these goals
- Recommending innovative ways to increase conversions at every step of the funnel through campaign content, retargeting, personalization, etc
- Partnering closely with Marketing Analytics to refine measurement, reporting, and attribution approach
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, preferably in fintech, marketplace, or e-commerce
- Able to communicate vision, strategy, and tactics across multiple stakeholders, while still being able to execute
- Hands-on experience running demand generation or lifecycle marketing programs
- Analytical with a desire to launch, learn, and iterate to continually improve programs
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools, SFDC, and analytics platforms
