Job Summary
A digital health company is in need of a Remote Business Infrastructure Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assembling and managing cross-functional calendar of business systems, integrations, implementations and dependencies
- Establishing processes for business requirements gathering, organization and solution proposals in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Managing cross-functional timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables to ensure execution of programs to defined goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience as a Program Manager for business systems
- Ability to manage through ambiguity, define critical tasks and drive collaboration
- Thrives in a fast-paced high-growth environment, working on multiple projects with dynamic priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills at executive level
- Proficiency in planning tools and systems (Asana, Gantt charts, Resource planning)
