A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Business Intelligence Analyst I in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring we have a high rate of responsiveness to client request tickets with high satisfaction outcomes
- Preparing, cleaning, aggregating, and standardizing client data
- Building a knowledge base library of visualizations, and research new module and Tableau functionality
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience working with data analytics, statistics, or an analytical software product
- Understanding of key HR metrics
