Job Summary

A research-based, not-for-profit organization is seeking a Remote Business Intelligence and Operations Senior Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain reporting and analytical tools and manage recurring and ad-hoc reporting needs
• Provide report design and development support to the field sales organization
• Gain the maximum benefit from business systems for comprehensive reporting and analysis

Required Skills:

• Understanding of SaaS-based revenue model, forecasting, quota assignment and management
• Must be highly proficient with Salesforce.com
• 5 years of progressively greater experience using Salesforce.com
• BS in Business Management or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years progressive experience in business operations capacity
• Previous experience with accounting, budgeting and business intelligence tools
