Job Summary

A telecommunications company has an open position for a Remote Business Intelligence Data Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Researching and presenting issues and processes that have a significant impact on revenue and add/churn activity
  • Interacting cooperatively with multiple internal workgroups including Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing executives
  • Performing data extraction and analysis to identify opportunities and takes proactive corrective action

Required Skills:

  • College degree and 5 to 7+ years professional level experience with 2 to 3+ years supervisory experience or equivalent experience and education
  • 8 or more years work experience in data mining and financial analysis
  • Advanced data mining skills and experience analyzing large data sources
  • Strong SQL or similar programming background
  • Experience developing reports and presentations provided to upper management
  • Advanced Tableau data visualization skills
