Job Summary

A therapeutics company is in need of a Remote Business Intelligence End User Senior Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Training and mentoring business intelligence and analytics staff on use of new technologies
• Reviewing incoming projects to determine if existing technologies/capabilities can support the needs of the incoming requests
• Applying experience implementing new technological solutions in a business setting

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors degree in Computer and Information Science, IT, Mathematics, and/or Information technology
• Business Intelligence, IT work experience required
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools/environments such as IBM Cognos, SAS, R, PowerBI, Micro Strategy, or other
• Technical certifications such as those offered by SAS, IBM, Microsoft
• Disciplinary certifications such as Scrum, Project Management Institute (PMI), Business Analysis
• Prior professional or academic experience working with data and reports for decision-making or analytical purposes
