Job Summary

A business strategy and consulting services firm has an open position for a Remote Business intelligence Expert.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Consulting with clients, users, and managers to determine the scope and need for different data visualizations
  • Architecting Business Intelligence platform and solutions
  • Designing the set-up and security of applications, dashboards, and other tools made using BI tools

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience building and delivering BI solutions
  • Bachelors or master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 2+ years of experience integrating BI tools with web frontends, i.e., HTML/CSS/JavaScript
  • Experience with SQL, R or Python to leverage in BI solutions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to navigate through areas of ambiguity, identify and take ownership of issues
  • Must have strong hands-on experience in one or more BI tools such as PowerBI, TIBCO Spotfire, Tableau, Qlik and RShiny
