Job Summary

A customer experience company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Business Intelligence Senior Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying data requirements for specific projects or reports
  • Developing business requirements documentation, process workflow diagrams and functional specifications
  • Interfacing with stakeholders to extract, transform, and analyze data from a wide variety of sources

Qualifications Include:

  • 3 - 5 years in Reporting/Analytics and data visualization tools like Tableau and data Warehouse systems
  • Expert in Business Model, Dashboard Reporting and Ad-hoc design and development
  • Strong programming skills, relational database skills, and expertise writing complex SQL queries and building reports
  • Bachelor in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Mastery in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing concepts and methodologies
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities
